During the warmer months, the garden becomes a place to savor the dishes of our cuisine while enjoying a romantic atmosphere crafted by nature. Soft lighting and distant music evoke exotic settings, far from the hustle and bustle of the city.

It’s often said that the best way to cook fish is to grill it. We do that too—in our own way.

At the heart of our garden stands a single block of Aurisina stone, a natural marvel that every guest pauses to admire and touch at least once. For us, it represents our grill station, where we prepare the finest fish from the Adriatic and select Italian and international meats to perfection.
